Placing Orders

Orders can be made by via our website, by email, phone, fax or post.  Pricing is displayed in New Zealand dollars. Orders placed in New Zealand will include GST of 12.5%.  Any orders made outside of New Zealand will be GST free.

Payment of Orders

We accept the following methods of payment:

1.    Credit card (MasterCard or Visa) with our secure online facility
2.    Direct bank transfer
3.    By cheque

Website Security

Your security is very important to us.  When using our website to purchase products using your MasterCard or Visa credit card your details are encrypted and processed securely in real time by Direct Payment Solutions (DPS) secure server software using Secure Socket Layer protocol.  DPS is one of New Zealand's largest providers of robust payment products for ensuring identity trust and assurance on the web.

Delivery

Orders placed are sent out the next working day of receiving them.  If there is a delay in a particular item we’ll notify you with the option of a short shipment or waiting till your order is complete.  Short shipments won’t incur double postage.

For standard orders, postage costs within New Zealand are $4.50.  For larger and overseas orders, postage costs will be advised upon ordering.  Please allow 1-3 days for delivery.  If your order is urgent and you would like your order couriered, please let us know and we can arrange this for you.  If your order is taking longer than expected please get in touch with us so we can follow this up for you.

Sample Sizes of Pure Essential Oils

The sample sizes of our essential oils vary - they depend on how rare or speciality the oil is.  When ordering a sample size you can expect to received between 1 - 4mls.  For example a sweet orange essential oil sample will be close to 4ml and a chamomile roman essential oil sample will be closer to 1ml.  If you're uncomfortable with the sample sizing you may prefer to purchase a 10ml size.
